#1 - Ideation Workshop: Challenge Accepted
This workshop has been delivered and is applicable to aspiring innovators from college students, to intrapreneurs within organizations, to aspiring small business owners and growth company founders. Learn and apply the process of recognizing opportunities, creating problem statements, and brainstorming solutions to whichever challenge you accept or have been assigned to solve. Ideal group size for brainstorming portion is 5-8 people.
#2 - Curiosity: Prerequisite for Successful Leadership and Innovation
Successful leaders and innovators display authentic curiosity and apply the Evolutionary Theory of Creativity balancing ongoing iterations between variation and selection. Personally, they are curious about themselves which leads to the self-awareness needed to work in teams and manage relationships with employees, partners, investors, customers, etc. Professionally, they are curious about others which allows them to better recognize opportunities and take the time to complete crucial customer discovery.
#3 - I'm Hangry: Why Entrepreneurship is Not for Everyone
"Starting my own business" is one of the top bucket list goals of individuals. This candid talk covers some of the neuroscience and environmental factors that impact creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship and why it can be so hard.
